When Will Mohammad Shami Return To Cricketing Action?
Mohammad Shami is expected to return in another month's time, as he had already started bowling in the nets. However, it all depends upon National Cricket Academy (NCA)'s decision, as they are working to make sure the Indian fast bowler returns with full fitness. The institution in Bengaluru, alongside Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will expect the fast bowler to return, keeping in mind the hectic winter schedule ahead for the Indian Cricket Team (ICT).
Mohammad Shami has arguably been India's best bowler at the ODI Cricket World Cups, as he is the nation's leading wicket-taker with 55 wickets in just 18 matches, and was the leading-wicket taker in the 2023 ODI World Cup with 24 wickets, one more than Australia's Adam Zampa.
