Former Pakistan legend Javed Miandad has turned 67 today. The legendary batsman is one of the greatest players the sport has even seen, and has amassed over 16000 international runs throughout his 20+ years career. The cricketer has though remained controversial as of late, for his adverse comments in concern with Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) after the apex institution for cricket in India denied to play in Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023.

However, there is no denying that Javed Miandad's hilarious on-field antics have given us a lifetime of memories. A member of the iconic Pakistan side of 1992 that won the ICC Cricket World Cup under the captaincy of legendary Imran Khan, Javed Miandad had a long career where he delivered the bits with both bat and ball, and is famous for oftentimes reminding people of what all he has achieved in his career.

Javed Miandad is well remembered for his all-famous six on the last ball off Chetan Sharma which won Pakistan an epic encounter, as India suffered a heartbreak from what was supposed to be an easy win.

The most hilarious and all-time famous moment came during the 1992 World Cup, when India faced Pakistan for the very first time at the grand stage. Kiran More and Javed Miandad had a verbal spat on the striker's end and during Sachin Tendulkar's over, after a runout attempt, Javed Mianded ramdomly started jumping in the air, which was directed towards Kiran More with an intention of mocking.

Another incident, which came during the Australia Vs Pakistan Test match in 1983, saw Javed Miandad bowl hilariously. The Pakistani great was a right-arm leg spinner but during the Test, started bowling seam up deliveries and pace bowling, and while doing so, he mimicked and copied the action of the likes of Dennis Lillee, Rodney Hogg, which left the crowd, players, commentators cracked, as they were all laughing and enjoying the iconic moment.
