Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav had a witty comeback for a customer who teased him over an online delivery order. The customer, using the social media handle ‘@Harsh_humour,’ shared a snapshot showing a person named ‘Kuldeep Yadav’ as the delivery person ‘on the way to deliver your order.’

Playfully, the customer inquired if Kuldeep was making deliveries both on and off the field during the World Cup 2023 matches. The tweet, showcasing a Swiggy order with the delivery person named Kuldeep Yadav, humorously tagged the well-known Indian bowler Kuldeep Yadav (@imkuldeep18), asking, "bhai @imkuldeep18 aap off-pitch bhi deliver kar rahe??" loosely translating to "brother are you delivering off the pitch as well."

Responding in jest, Kuldeep had a humorous comeback, asking, "kya order kia tha bhai..?? 😂😂" meaning "what did you order brother?"

In the ongoing ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, Kuldeep has played a pivotal role in India's success, securing 14 wickets and contributing significantly to the team's nine consecutive wins. His consistency in taking wickets reflects his knack for maintaining rhythm and understanding opponents' tactics especially during the middle overs’ phase in the match.

Except for the match against Sri Lanka where he had limited bowling, Kuldeep managed to grab at least one wicket in every game. His standout performance of 5-1-1-7-2 came against South Africa, under Temba Bavuma’s leadership, at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

They secured their second highest total ever in an ODI against Netherlands in their last league match of the tournament before heading off to Mumbai for the semi-final against New Zealand.

Kuldeep's role as a pivotal bowler has significantly influenced India's journey in the World Cup 2023. Now, he would aim to shine as the Men in Blue face off against the Black Caps on Wednesday, November 15, at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium.
