MS Dhoni is regarded as one of the greatest captains India has ever produced. Under his leadership, the Indian team grabbed all the ICC trophies. Even after taking retirement from the game, Dhoni’s fan base has been increasing only. After saying goodbye to international cricket, Dhoni continues to play and lead the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL where he also guided his team to a record fifth IPL title and equalled Mumbai Indians' record in the last season of cash rich league.

Recently, in a viral video, Dhoni was spotted cutting a cake and looked in a joyful mood.

"Hum khilayenge (I will serve). Kaun kaun kha Raha hai Aur kaun kaun dieting pe he vo batao (who's dieting and who's eating, first tell me that)" Dhoni said in the video.

Dhoni played the entire last season of IPL with a knee injury and once he led his team to a title win, he went for surgery. He has recovered well and currently, he is spending time with his family. Just after winning the IPL, the former India skipper stated that he would try to come and play the next season of IPL for his fans. Meanwhile, former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir said it was not just MS Dhoni’s innings that helped  India's triumph in the World Cup. The Delhi-based player said that it was a collective effort and as a result, India sealed the trophy.

"While we celebrate MS Dhoni's innings in the final, we should celebrate these other efforts as much. No one innings could win India the trophy. It was a collective effort, and should be celebrated as such. It is because of social media that we don't do it. Social media is biased and we all know that. But social media doesn't make it the truth. There is always a tendency on social media to celebrate individuals more than the team. In doing so, what happens is we don't celebrate key performers who had as much a part to play. And that's an issue for sure. All I will say is we should celebrate the entire team," he explained.
