Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will be taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Eliminator of Indian Premier League Season 13 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi later on Friday (Nov 6) evening.


While SRH qualified for the IPL 2020 play-offs by defeating defending champions Mumbai Indians in their last round robin encounter, RCB secured a berth in the knockouts owing to their healthy run rate despite losing to Delhi Capitals in their final league game.

SRH, who have won the IPL title once before in 2016 are vying for a second title in the coveted T20 league. Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore are looking to win their first IPL title after having tasted defeat on three previous occasions in the title clash (2009, 2011 and 2016).

Overall, RCB have a 2-3 win-loss record at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium. It has been even-stevens for Kohli and Co in IPL 2020. as they have won two games and lost the same number at Abu Dhabi in the ongoing season. SRH do not have good memories of playing at this venue as they have won only one match at Abu Dhabi out of the four IPL matches played by them out here.
