Kolkata Knight Riders is set to lock horns with equally oiled Delhi Capitals in the 16th match of 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) fixture at the iconic Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday. Both the teams with same number of points in their kitty and some of the most exciting young talent in their unit, will be eyeing to break the jinx and register a third victory after winning two of their first three games in the 13th edition of mega sporting event. Delhi Capitals started their campaign with a fantastic Super Over-win against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), followed by another victory against Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK), however their run came to the halt in the previous match after a defeat against SunRisers Hyderabad.

KKR on the other hand lost their first game of the season against Mumbai Indians but soon buckled up and returned in full form to register back to back two wins against SRH and Rajasthan Royals (RR).

Speaking of the duo facing each other in the IPL so far, DC and KKR have played 24 matches against each other. Of the 24 games, KKR emerged victorious in 13 matches while team Delhi have registered 11 wins in their name against the Kolkata unit.

The matches of fresh season of the IPL being played at Sharjah have proven to be a paradise for young guns Shubman Gill, Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagarkoti of the Kolkata Knight Riders however the cricket buffs lure for the stage to be on fire with the performance of team's big match-winners, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell and Dinesh Karthik.

DC on the other hand have made two half-centuries so far suggesting that the batsmen are yet to come into their full form but on the bowling front, Kagiso Rabada without much support from others, definitely deserves the fan bow.

For today's match, both the team are expected to make some changes in their squads while it remains to see if the KKR will come out better over the uncertain-looking Delhi Capitals.
