The pitch at Bengaluru has always been a high scoring one with and with shorter boundaries and a belter of a track, it  makes up for  ideal conditions for belligerent hitting. Another run feast is expected on the cards as Virat-led RCB takes on Kolkata Knight Riders in the seventeenth match of the ongoing IPL season at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

With several questions raised about Virat Kohli’s leadership, RCB come into game at the back of four consecutive losses and would be eager to reverse their fortunes and register their first win of the season on their home turf.

Dinesh Karthik won the toss and opted to bowl first against RCB at Bengaluru. Desperate to get a win, Virat Kohli has a couple of change in the team from the previous game - Tim Southee comes in for Shimron Hetmyer, and Pawan Negi for Umesh Yadav.

"The key is not to be desperate, but to enjoy the process. The most important thing is to understand what we've done wrong, and play fearless cricket. When you play for so long, you need to step up and perform for your team. It's important to understand what went wrong.", said Virat Kohli.

KKR who are having a good season with the right combination, have a big change as star spinner Sunil Narine is back, replacing Nikhli Naik.

After winning the toss Dinesh Karthik said,"We've had a five-day break. We've regrouped after the game against Delhi. Just the one change, Nikhil Naik is out and Sunil Narine is back."
