Coming to the toss, Delhi Capitals won the toss and opted to field first against Kolkata at Eden Gardens. Iyer decided to go with one change in this game as Keemo Paul comes in place of Lamichhane in the playing XI.

We are gonna bowl first. The wicket looks a better, it's going to be a flat track. We have been chasing well in the last few games, hence positive about that.", said Iyer.

For KKR, skipper Dinesh Karthik announced  Lockie Ferguson, Joe Denly and Carlos Brathwaite come in as Narine and Gurney miss out.

"Last game was a bit of an aberration. We didn't expect it would play like that, it didn't come out really well for us. We have got three changes.", said Dinesh Karthik.
