The Indian cricket team was spotted playing cricket with a group of volunteers in China ahead of their important game against Bangladesh in the ongoing Asian Games 2023. The Men in Blue previously played a game against Nepal where they clinched victory by 23 runs, starting their Asian Games campaign on a winning note.


Before their crucial match against the Bangla Tigers, they looked in a cheerful mood as they got engaged in a cricket match with the local volunteers and fans were delighted to see the same.


The official social media handle of the Indian team shared a video of where the members of Blue were spotted playing with the young kids. India’s pacer Arshdeep Singh went on to congratulate one of the kids when he smashed a good shot. Talking about India’s upto ming clash, they will look to win the game against Bangladesh to secure their birth in the finals. Earlier, the Indian women’s cricket team also ended the Asian Games 2023 by clinching the gold medals and the men’s team would also look to do the same.






Earlier, during their match against Nepal, the Indian batters showed full character as Yashasvi Jaiswal played an explosive innings, scoring a 48-ball century. Rinku Singh also played a blinder, smashing 37 runs off just 15 balls, which included four powerful sixes. In reply, Nepal could only reach 179/9.
