India Women Vs South Africa Women T20I Series: Laura Woolvardt is set to lead South Africa Women in the three-match T20I series against India, as the Proteas Women have announced their 15-member squad for the series. The visitors are having a forgettable tour, as the hosts have showed no mercy, and are on a winning run in the ongoing tour.
India Women, on Monday, sealed the Test series as well by winning the one-off Test by 10 wickets and the Harmanpreet-led side will be looking to complete a hat-trick of clean sweeps over the Proteas Women.
“We're excited with the 15-player squad that has been selected for the T20I series. We also have Chloe back in the team after recovering from an injury. She brings a lot of experience to the team and we can't wait to see her back on the field. We have our last three T20I matches against India. This will give us some time to look at one or two options before we go home and start our final preparation for the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh,” said Dillon du Preez, Proteas Women head coach.
