IND vs ZIM 2nd T20I HIGHLIGHTS: India Beat Zimbabwe By 100 Runs, Level The Series 1-1. That's it from our live blog. Thanks for tuning in. See ya until next time.
Zimbabwe are bundled out for 134 and India registers an emphatic 100-run win to level the series 1-1.
Blessing Muzarabani could not do much as he edges one in the sky and Zimbabwe are now one wicket away from losing the 2nd T20I.
Madhevere's resilient knock of 43 comes to an end as he gets bowled by Ravi Bishnoi. Zimbabwe are 117/8.
After 15 overs, Zimbabwe are 105/7 and the part-time bowlers of India have failed to contain runs.
Washington Sundar and Ravi Bishnoi are troubling Zimbabwe with accurate bowling.
Washington Sundar joins the party as he scalps Johnathan Campbell.
Indian bowlers have all but put the game to bed and Zimbabwe are just shortening the margin of defeat.
Sikander Raza gets brutally beaten by Avesh Khan's bouncer and Zimbabwe lose their 4th.
Indian pacers are having a delightful afternoon out there, as Avesh Khan joins the party by scalping Dion Myers, who registers a golden duck.
What a battle between Brian Bennett and Mukesh as the former smashes two consecutive sixes, but it's the latter who's had the last laugh, as the Indian pacer dismisses him on 26.
Zimbabwe have made their intentions pretty clear as India are playing with one less bowler and Abhishek Sharma gets hammered for 19 runs in the 2nd over. Zimbabwe are 24/1 after 2 overs.
What a reply from the Indian seamer, as he dismisses Innocent Kaia with a peach of a delivery that takes the off-stump for a flight.
Innocent Kaia smashes a boundary on the first ball of the innings and Zimbabwe are showing intent right from the word go.
Another six off the last ball of the innings to finish it off. Rinku the batter who finishes with 48 off 22. India- 234/2 after 20 overs. What a turnaround this. Zimbabwe need 235 to win. Abhishek Sharma the stand out performer with 100 of 47 but Ruturaj Gaikwad too deserves credit, he remained unbeaten on 77. Blessing Muzarabani, Wellington Masakadza were the two wicket-takers but all of them struggled to keep the run-flow under check especially in the last 10 overs where India scored 160. Will be back with the chase.
And Rinku gets plenty of bat on that one to flat bat pull it for a six off the second last ball.
Four More! Edged for four off the bat of Rinku.
Four To Start The 20th. Gaikwad shuffles to the off side and then sweeps it for four literally. Brilliantly done.
India 213/2 after 19 Overs. 16 runs coming off that one. Last 6 valls. Jongwe to bowl.
Rinku Singh has deposited for a 104-metre six and that's 200 up for India in style.
Muzarabani To Bowl The Penultimate Over. Rinku Singh and Gaikwad out in the middle.
Runs Coming Thick & Fast for India now. Gaikwad the lead aggressor. He smashes FOUR, SIX , FOUR, FOUR off successive balls against Chatara. IND-197/2 after 18 overs. Gaikwad batting on 71*.
And now a fifty for Gaikwad. Great innings as India are eyeing a strong finish. IND-177/2 after 17 overs. 12 runs off the over.
Masakadza breaks through. He might have dropped two of his catches and conceded three sixes in a row but he finally gets rid of Abhishek who falls for 100 off 47. The damage is already done, it seems. What a knock this for Abhishek. Definitely seems like a glimpse of a future superstar. IND- 147/2 after 14 overs.
THird SIx on the Trot for a 100. Maiden International hundred for the left-hander and what a way to get there.
It's raining sixes from the bat of the southpaw. He looks unstoppable now.
28 Runs Off The Over. Abhishek Sharma on fire. He has gone FOUR, SIX, FOUR, SIX, FOUR off five back-to-back balls of Dion Myers.
Maiden Fifty In International Cricket for Abhishek. Gets there with a maximum. What a player he promises to be! His six third of the innings as he reaches the milestone off 33 balls.
And this time it's Gaikwad who finds successive boundaries off Jongwe. Either side of the fielder in the deep on the off side.
And a flurry of boundaries. four off the last ball of Jongwe's over from Gaikwad before a FOUR and a SIX off successive balls from Raza's next over. Fifty of the partnership has come up and at the end of the 9-over mark, IND- 63/1.
That went miles in the air but Masakadza has made a meal out of it and put it down. Abhishek Sharma survives. Luke Jongwe the bowler.
Luke Jongwe Into The Attack. Sikandar Raza was the bowler at the other end. Gaikwad-Abhishek need to get a move on or so it seems.
India- 36/1 after 6 overs. Not the most fluent of powerplays this. Gaikwad and Abhishek out in the middle for Team India.
Muzarabani From The Other End now. Gaikwad to finish the previous over with a boundary. IND- 28/1 after 4 overs.
Tendai Chatara has replaced Muzarabani.
12 Runs off Bennett's second over. Abhishek Sharma with back-to-back boundaries in that over. IND- 22/1 after 3 overs.
Wicket Maiden from Muzarabani. IND- 10/1 after 2 overs. Abhishek Sharma- 7* off 4, Ruturaj Gaikwad- 0* off 4. Gill the batter out for 2 off 4.
Ruturaj Gaikwad in at number 3 for India.
Not a good start again. Abhishek Sharma may have started off with a six in the fist over but Blessing Muzarabani has struck in his first over from other end as India captain Shubman Gill falls. Tries to go for a big shot but is caught at mid-on. IND- 10/1 after 1.2 Overs.
