The Virat Kohli led side will begin the tour with the T20I series where the first two matches will be played back-to-back on August 3 and 4 at the Broward County Stadium in the city of Lauderhill in the American state of Florida.
The last match of the series will be played on August 6 at the National Stadium in Guyana.
Both the sides will then be heading for a three-match ODI rubber which begins on August 8 in Guyana. The series concludes on August 11 and 14 – at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad.
After the limited-overs fixture, team India is scheduled to play two Test matches which will also mark the beginning of first-ever ICC Test Championships. The tournament will be played over the next two years and has been introduced to give greater context and competition in the “Ultimate Test” of the game, combining strategy, skill and endurance.
