It is usually a problem of plenty with regards to selection of the Indian cricket team. Only 11 players can take the field and the challenge is to make the right combination from the immense cricketing talent that the nation boasts of. It is almost impossible to make everyone happy but majorly if the team delivers results on the field, more or less a billion fans at home get a good night's sleep. It would be interested to be IND vs SL 2nd ODI Playing 11 for both the teams.

Predicted IND vs SL 2nd ODI Playing 11

While India registered a win over Sri Lanka by 67 runs in the 1st IND vs SL ODI, the talking points were of course the exclusion of Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav and Kuldeep Yadav. Even though Ishan Kishan would get a game when a place is vacated at the top of the order and in that sense, he can replace Shubman Gill, in reality, it is KL Rahul whose place can be at threat as a wicketkeeper batter.

Moreover, Gill has done little harm to his reputation and even scored a good-looking half-century in the first ODI while Rahul has been short of runs lately. Having said that it seems unlikely that Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid would now look to make changes after having given them just one match of the series which was headlined by the performances of India's top-order batters followed by a clinical bowling effort.

For Sri Lanka, Dilshan Madushanka made his ODI debut in the previous match and chances are that he will continue to be backed after returning with figures of 1/43 in the IND vs SL 1st ODI.
