After loosing the battle against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Qualifier 1 of the ongoing thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli is now preparing for the Australia Tour for the Australia vs India Test matches. Ahead of the much awaited tour, mommy-to-be Anushka Sharma shared a photo of her husband, Indian National team captain Virat Kohli busy scrubbing his spikes. The Bollywood actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Kohli, took to her Instagram stories and shared the picture with caption reading as, "Caught the husband diligently cleaning his muddy spikes before the tour."



Meanwhile, the soon-to-be parents have other reasons to enjoy as the Indian cricket board - BCCI has granted Virat Kohli the paternity leave. Hence, the 32-year-old will be beside his actress wife Anushka at the time of the delivery expected in early January 2020.

As per the latest development, Kohli will lead India in the three ODIs and T20Is, however, he will return home to be with his wife and miss out on the last three Tests.

The all-format bilateral series between Smith-led 'Baggy Greens' and Virat Kohli-led India will get underway with the 3-match ODIs, followed by as many T20 internationals (T20Is) and four Test matches. The mega sporting tour is slated to be held in November'20 to January'21.

The Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli and the rest of players named in the squad for the against Australia, presently competing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 in UAE, will arrive in Australia on November 12 in a chartered plane from UAE itself.
