As India celebrates its 77th Independence Day, people from all walks of life started posting messages on social media. The Indian cricket fraternity is not far behind as Virat Kohli, one of the greatest cricketers of all time, took to X (formerly Twitter) to wish all his fans a very happy Independence Day. Ex-India opener Gautam Gambhir was among the first ones to wish the nation on the occasion as he shared a clip of himself hoisting the national flag. This year, the entire nation celebrates 76 years of "Aazadi" from British rule.

Gambhir captioned the clip as: “Ishq ka toh pata nahi, par jo tumse hai woh kisi aur se nahi!”
