The Indian team will be locking horns against the West Indies in the third T20I at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Tuesday. The Men in Maroon registered victories in the first two matches of the five-game series and will now require just one win to clinch the series.

During the second game at the same venue, the Men in Blue posted a decent total of 152-7 in their stipulated overs with Tilak Varma starring again with the bat by scoring his maiden half-century with a score of 51 in just 41 balls. But then apart from him, the other Indian batters come-left failed to make an impact on the tricky batting surface.

In reply, the West Indies also had a terrible start as they lost two early wickets in the very first over but then star batter Nicholas Pooran played a brilliant knock of 67 in just 40 balls. After his wicket, Akeal Hosein and Alzarri Joseph completed the run chase and as a result, West Indies won the game.
