India vs West Indies 2nd Test: The second and final Test between West Indies and India will take place in Trinidad, and the hosts have named a 13-member squad that includes an uncapped spinner. In their opening match (IND vs WI 1st Test) of the current ICC World Test Championship cycle, West Indies were defeated by Rohit Sharma & Co. by an innings and 141 runs. When India vs West Indies 2nd Test begins at Queen's Park Oval from Thursday onwards, the hosts will be eager for a win, avoid a shambolic whitewash and draw the series 1-1.

Raymon Reifer, a left-handed batter, has been benched for the second Test after scoring 2 and 11 in the first game. Reifer, though, will stay with the team as an injury replacement. Kevin Sinclair, a bowling all-around player, received his maiden call-up in Tests from the West Indies selection committee, chaired by Desmond Haynes.

Sinclair, a well-known off-spinner, has so far taken 11 wickets from seven one-day internationals and has 18 first-class games under his belt. The Guyana-based cricket player had a strong performance in the four-day matches against Bangladesh A earlier this year, finishing as the top wicket-taker with 13 wickets in three games. He also participated in the World Cup qualifying ODI team.

After leaving the pitch on Day 2 due to illness, there were concerns over off-spinner Rahkeem Cornwall's availability, but he has been given the all-clear to play the second Test.

The rest of the team stays the same, with Cornwall and Jomell as spin options and Kemar Roach, Jason Holder, and Alzarri Joseph leading the pace attack.

West Indies squad for 2nd Test: Kraigg Brathwaite (c), Jermaine Blackwood (vc), Alick Athanaze, Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Rahkeem Cornwall, Joshua Da Silva, Shannon Gabriel, Jason Holder, Alzarri Joseph, Kirk McKenzie, Kemar Roach, Kevin Sinclair, Jomel Warrican
