The Men in blue will be locking horns against the Sri Lankan lions in the second T20I in Pune on Thursday. India won the first T20I by two runs and are 1-0 ahead in the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka. It will be interesting to see whether India will play Ruturaj Gaikwad in place of  Shubman Gill as he did not have a great outing in the first T20I against Sri Lanka.

Earlier, team India wicket-keeper batter Sanju Samson has been ruled out of the remainder of the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka. Samson hurt his left knee while attempting to field a ball near the boundary ropes during the 1st T20I at the Wankhede Stadium here.
