Indian captain Virat Kohli was seen enjoying India's practice session in South Africa ahead of the start of the first Test match against Proteas in a video posted by BCCI. In the video, we see captain Virat Kohli playing a game of kick-volleyball with other players and coach Rahul Dravid.
The visuals are an indicator that the Indian team is unaffected by the fiasco that is taking place outside the field regarding the white-ball captaincy of Virat Kohli.

Soham Desai, India's strength and conditioning coach said that the Indian team stepped on the field for a practice session after days of hard quarantine, thus to make the players comfortable, he opted to have a low-risk training session with just stretching and running. The players also enjoyed a game of kick-volleyball or Footvolley.
The three-match Test series between the two teams will begin on December 26 at Centurion. South Africa vs India 2nd Test match of the three-match Test series will be played from January 3 to January 7, 2022 in Johannesburg and the third and final Test between the two teams will be played at Newlands Stadium in Cape Town from January 11 to January 15, 2022. India vs South Africa Test series is part of the ICC World Test Championship.
