India will lock horns with South Africa in the 3rd and final match of the T20 international series at the M Chinnaswamy Bengaluru later in the evening. The Indian would be high on confidence after their stellar seven wicket win over the Proteas in the 2nd game at Mohali.

The weather Gods were kind enough to ensure a full encounter between the two teams in the 2nd T20 at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium. Once again all eyes would once again be on how would the weather pan out during the match hours at the Chinnaswamy Stadium later in the evening.

As per the weather report, the forecast does not seem to be very conducive for cricket as they are high chances of rain predicted with cloud cover looming large over the skies of Bengaluru. Throughout the day, at different hours, there are more than 30 per cent chances of rain.

According to the weather forecast, the maximum temperature will be 26 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature will hover around 20 degrees Celsius.

Given the fact that the series opener in Dharamsala was a washout due to incessant rains, if it pours heavily in Bangalore and there is no game, India will win the series with a margin of 1-0, having won the second game in Mohali by seven wickets.

Virat Kohli led India's run chase from the front, with an unbeaten fifty, after Deepak Chahar and Co restricted Proteas at a below par 149 to take 1-0 lead in the series. While Rohit Sharma could not score many, Shikhar Dhawan scored 40 in the second T20I. Rohit’s lack of runs in the previous game though won’t be a worry for India.
