New Delhi: Delhi Metro on Monday, extended the timings of its last train to facilitate spectators during the One-Day International Cricket match between India and South Africa which will be played today at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Ferozshah Kotla Ground, New Delhi.

Earlier on Monday, special traffic arrangements were made leading up to the ODI match between India and South Africa. Special traffic arrangements have been made, said Delhi Traffic Police, as reported by ANI.


Commuters and visitors are kindly requested to follow the advisory for convenience. "In wake of the India vs South Africa match at Arun Jaitley Stadium on October 11, 2022, special traffic arrangements will be in place. Commuters and visitors are kindly requested to follow the advisory for convenience," tweeted Delhi Traffic Police.


A brilliant display of batting by Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer helped the Shikhar Dhawan-led side show great fighting spirit to level the series at the JSCA stadium in Ranchi after being 0-1 down. Now, the battle moves to Delhi where these two teams will lock horns again in the series decider.


Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer played an important knock of 93 off 84 balls and 113 runs off 111 balls respectively to help India register a seven-wicket win. Kishan fell short by 7 runs from what would have been his maiden ODI ton.
