India vs Pakistan in Asia Cup 2023: The 2023 edition of Asia Cup, a six-team ODI tournament, will start on August 30 in Multan where hosts Pakistan will square off against Nepal. For the first time in the tournament's history, Asia Cup will be played in a Hybrid Model. Pakistan gets to host four matches while the remaining nine matches, including Asia Cup 2023 final, will take place in Sri Lanka's Kandy and Colombo.

The first encounter between India and Pakistan in Asia Cup 2023 will take place on 2nd September in their Group A match at Kandy, Sri Lanka.


Asia Cup 2023 will be played in round-robin format. India, Pakistan, and Nepal are placed in group A while Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka form group B. Two teams from each Group A and Group B will qualify for the Super Four round and will again play all the opponents in a round-robin format to determine the finalists for the summit clash on 17th September.


If both Pakistan and India qualify to Super 4s round from Group A, they will square off for the second time on September 10 in Colombo.


The top two teams from Super 4s will qualify for Asia Cup 2023 final and if both Pakistan and India book their berths for the summit clash on September 17 in Colombo, fans will get to see IND vs PAK match for the third time within 15 days.
