Former Pakistan legendary skipper and Prime Minister Imran Khan was taken to jail from the Islamabad High Court premises before two of his hearings on Tuesday. It was the Parliamentary Forces who arrested the 70-year-old regarding the Al-Qadir Trust case. The former Pakistan PM has been facing allegations of corrupt practices under Section 9 (a) of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999. After going to jail, a lot of Pakistan cricketers have supported him,  including former Pakistan pacer Wasim Akram and now young pacer Shaheen Afridi.

Afridi has found a unique way of supporting Imran as he changed his Twitter profile picture. In that picture, he was spotted sitting with a former Pakistan legend.

Earlier, Wasim Akram also wrote in support of Khan on his Twitter handle. "You are one man, but you have the strength of millions. Stay strong skipper. #BehindYouSkipper”, Akram captioned the post.

Talking about Imran Khan’s record as a cricketer, he is the only captain who led the Men in Green to an ODI World Cup win in the 1992 edition of the 50 Overs World Cup.  As an all-rounder too, his contribution is immense for the Pakistan team as during the 1992 World Cup, Khan made 185 runs as well as scalped seven wickets.

But it was Akram who won the Player Of the Match award in the World Cup final against England that took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The Southpaw had collected 33 off 18 before coming back to pick 3 wickets for 49 runs. Skipper Khan also starred as he made 72 runs and also took the wicket of England's number 11 Richard Illingworth to seal a 22-run win.
