England Vs West Indies 3rd Test: England are playing West Indies in the third and final Test match of the three-match Test series at the iconic Edgbaston. West Indies did well to restrict England for 54/5 in response to their 282 and a 115-run partnership between Ben Stokes and Joe Root guided England out of trouble before the English skipper departed for 54 off 69 to Alzarri Joseph.

However, one of best highlights of the game came during the 38th over of England's innings, when Jamie Smith (who came in at 8th) smashed Alzarri Joseph for a boundary, which was then followed by a huge six over the mid wicket region, and the ball departed the stadium, as the crowd in attendance was left in awe with the hit.

It was not just the crowd that gave us an interesting reaction, as England captain's hilarious reaction caught eye-balls, and his 'shell-shocked' reaction has now gone viral.

Jamie Smith's Aggressive Half-Century Brings Home Side Back In The Contest

Jamie Smith scored his second Test international fifty in some style, as he scored a brilliant boundary to achieve the feat inside 60 balls, and his crucial knock came at a very sensitive time for England, who lost Joe Root for 87.

With his fifty, Jamie Smith has made sure that West Indies' chances of restricting England inside 282-run margin gets eliminated and the home side manages to take the lead on Day 2 after a dismal start.

England need to win all of their remaining Test matches to ensure a place in the World Test Championship 2025 Final and the English cannot afford to play out any draws or suffer defeats.

At the time of writing, England are 274/7 at Tea Break on Day 2, as a crucial final session is in line for both the sides.
