Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is enjoying and relishing his break from the hectic cricketing activities, spending quality time with his wife Sakshi and daughter Ziva in his plush farmhouse at Ranchi amid the COVID-19 induced lockdown.

While many of Dhoni's team mates, both current and former stars, have been quite active and vocal on social media sharing their insights and memories from the past on the sport, 'Mahi' has been rather subdued and quiet all this while, keeping a low profile.

On Tuesday, Chennai Super Kings posted a video of Dhoni driving a tractor with the comment, “#Thala Dhoni meets Raja Sir in his newest beast! Smiling face with heart-shaped eyes #HBDIlayaraja #WhistlePodu”

It is no hidden secret that Dhoni is known to have a liking for automobiles and is an avid bike rider. He has a massive collection of cars and bikes at his Ranchi home. Recently, Dhoni’s wife Sakshi threw light on what is keeping Dhoni busy during the lockdown.

“Video games are a stress buster for him. He has got a thinking brain, it does not rest. When he plays video games, it helps him divert his mind, which is a good thing. Nowadays PUBG has encroached my bed. Mahi is sleep talking about PUBG these days,” Sakshi said while speaking to interviewer Rupha Ramani.

Amid the COVID-19 induced lockdown which has seen all cricketing activities suspended indefinitely, the burning debate over Dhoni's future in the Indian team still remains a hot topic among cricket fans.

Dhoni was expected to lead Chennai Super Kings in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League and the tourney was also seen as a platform for him to stake his claim for a spot in the Indian team for the T20 World Cup.However, Dhoni's plans have taken a major hit with the IPL being postponed indefinitely amid the COVID-19 crisis.
