Chris Gayle has opened with Sourav Ganguly, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Shane Watson, and even David Warner at different points of his career but the highest run scorer in T20 cricket rates Brendon McCullum as his favored partner and states even he feels the pressure while batting alongside the former New Zealand captain.

Gayle and McCullum are all set to reunite for the Rangpur Riders in the Bangladesh Premiere League. The dashing openers had last time played together back in 2009 when they represented Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL.

"We know how destructive McCullum is. It is a privilege to open the batting with him again. We opened together way back in the IPL. Now we are joining forces together again. It is new for both of us to come in and go for a blast but we have experience," Gayle said.

Gayle feels his team and the locals will have a lot of expectations when they come out to open the batting for Rangpur in their match on Saturday.

"The expectation is high on us to deliver. We want to try our best and win the game. Everyone in Bangladesh want to be entertained by two great entertainers in myself and McCullum, this is why the pressure is going to be on us.” Gayle added.
