While India's official squad is yet to be announced, early buzz points to a strong roster led by Rohit Sharma.
Senior opener Rohit Sharma is expected to continue as India captain in 50-overs format, aiming to lead India to another ICC title. Reports also suggest that Jasprit Bumrah could be named vice-captain for the tournament, though the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has yet to confirm this.

The pace department could see return of veteran Mohammed Shami, who has impressed in domestic cricket and proven his fitness. As per media reports, all participating teams must submit their provisional squads by January 12, with changes allowed until February 13. However, the BCCI has not provided any updates on the final selection timeline.
