New Delhi: In a shocking incident, Team India batsman Ambati Rayudu got involved in a roadside brawl with a senior citizen after his car was allegedly stopped for rash driving in Hyderabad.
Rayudu, who finds himself out of the Indian team was accompanied by a fellow cricketer and by the look of his attire it was evident that he was either going for a practice session or returning from one.
According to reports, Rayudu’s car was stopped because of rash driving, which irked the cricketer so much that he got out of his car and started to use foul language. Matters escalated further when the right-handed middle order batsman tried to manhandle the senior citizen. Bystanders gathered soon and Rayudu had to retreat.
The whole incident was caught on camera.
Rayudu, who last represented India in 2016 against Zimbabwe, has been included in the India Reds squad for the Duleep Trophy slated to begin from September 7 at Kanpur and Lucknow.
