The moment occured on the last ball of the 42nd over, where Pat Cummins bowled a wide-off delivery on the fuller length, but Rishabh Pant, somehow, not just only got underneath the ball, but also smashed it over the fine leg region for a massive six.

While doing so, he fell on the ground and did not even give it a look, as he knew that the ball will be sailing over the fence.

The hit left everyone in the stands amused, and even commentators could not find words to define or explain the shot Rishabh Pant just pulled-off.

Rishabh Pant's Vital Importance In Team India

'Spidey' is an entertainer, whether with the bat, or behind the stumps, as his funny stump-mic conversations oftentimes go viral. However, entertainment is not the only term that defines Rishabh Pant's importance, as the wicket-keeper batsman is India's 'Go-To Man' whenever they need him the most.

Even during the ongoing Perth Test, India were languishing at 73/6, when he was joined by Nitish Kumar Reddy in the middle, and the duo might have played a match-saving knock for Team India, as the visitors managed to touch the 150-run mark.

Rishabh Pant is a valuable asset India badly missed in 2023, as they endured heartbreaking defeats in the ICC World Test Championship Final and ICC ODI World Cup Final, both to Australia, and with his arrival in the side, India managed to win the ICC T20 World Cup, where he was the side's second-highest run-getter (behind Rohit Sharma).
