The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the new Indian jersey for the upcoming ICC T20 Cricket World Cup. The 'Billion Cheers Jersey' as it has been named will be worn by team India during the practice matches and then officially for the first time against Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup.

In the picture, we can see Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, and Jasprit Bumrah flaunting the jersey.

The patterns on the jersey are inspired by the billion cheers of the fans, as tweeted by BCCI. The new kit is being sponsored by MPL Sports. The MPL Sports had tweeted about the new jersey before the BCCI announced, but it was taken down minutes after being up on their Twitter account.
