Amit Mishra has made a series of revelations in his recent interview with Youtuber Shubhankar Mishra which is making a lot of noises on social media. The Indian leg-spinner, who last represented India in 2017, during his interaction also spoke about the feud between Gautam Gambhir that happened during IPL 2023 when Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) were playing a match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Lucknow.

Kohli and Gambhir, two India and Delhi teammates at one point, were involved in a heated exchange of words with LSG's Naveen-ul-Haq also involved in the spat. All three of them were reprimanded by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for their involvement in the incident. Mishra, who was part of the LSG team like Gambhir who was associated with the team as a mentor, has now revealed how the feud ended.

"I saw a good thing about Gautam. Virat Kohli didn't go towards him, Gautam went towards him. He went and asked 'How are you, how's your family.' So it was Gautam who ended the feud and not Kohli," Mishra said in the interview.

"So Gautam showed his big heart at that time. It should have been Kohli who should have gone and ended the feud. He should have gone and said 'Gauti bhai, let's end this,'" the 41-year-old added.

Gautam Gambhir Joins Team India As Head Coach

Meanwhile, Gambhir has been appointed as the head coach of Team India which means he would once again be forming a working relationship with Kohli. Given that both are well-wishers of Indian cricket, one can expect them to let bygones be bygones and come together and help India achieve greater heights in the years ahead.
