London [U.K.], July 13 (ANI): Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna and his Canadian teammate Gabriela Dabrowski will aim to book their place in the semi-finals of the Wimbledon when they head into their mixed doubles' quarter-final clash here today.

In the grass-court Grand Slam, the tenth-seeded Indo-Canadian duo will take on Finland's Henri Kontinen and Britain's Heather Watson for a place in the last-four.

Earlier, Bopanna and Dabrowski stormed into the last-eight after defeating the Croatian pair of Nikola Mektic and Ana Konjuh 7-6 (5), 6-2 in one hour and three minutes.

Bopanna has never managed to progress beyond the quarter-finals of the mixed doubles at Wimbledon. He is now the lone Indian player left in the tournament. (ANI)
