New Delhi: The Australian cricket team is currently touring Pakistan for the first time since 1998. The first Test of the three-match Test series is being played between the two teams at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Australia made a strong comeback on Day 3 of the ongoing Pak vs Aus 1st Test after being made to toil on the first two days. Batting first, Pakistan declared their first innings at 476/4. In reply, the solid 156-run opening stand between Usman Khawaja and David Warner put Australia in the driver's seat.

After Khawaja (97) and Warner's (68) dismissal, Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith then kept the scoreboard ticking to propel their team to 271/2 at stumps on Day 3.

Meanwhile, a video of Warner's 'calm and composed' reaction in reply to Pakistani bowlers' aggressive attitude on Day 2 of the 1st Test has gone viral. Whether it was star speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi or Naseem Shah, Warner tackled the stare-downs from lethal bowlers with a smile on his face.

Pakistan Cricket Board's official Twitter handle had posted the video featuring a 'smiling' Warner. Here's the video.

On Day 2, bad light forced the play to be stopped earlier. The third day saw Warner and Khawaja scoring fifties to help Australia reduce the deficit in the 1st innings. At Stumps on Day 3, Australia trailed Pakistan by 205 runs as their score read 271/2 with Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne remaining unbeaten. Like Day 2, even the third day's play had to be called off early due to rain in Rawalpindi.
