T20 World Cup Final, Australia vs New Zealand: After 25 days of some thrilling T20 games, the final match of the T20 World Cup will be played between heavyweights Australia and New Zealand today at the Dubai International Stadium. New Zealand has consistently been successful in making it to the finals of all three formats of the ICC. Earlier this year, Kiwis had won the World Test Championship title and finished as runner-up in the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Even in the 2015 World Cup they ended as runner-up. New Zealand have made it to the finals of three consecutive World Cups.

Australia defeated Pakistan in the semi-finals to reach the final 2021 T20 World Cup. On the other hand, New Zealand made it to the semi-finals by defeating England. Australia has won a record five World Cup titles in 50-over cricket but interestingly, they are yet to win the T20 World Cup trophy.
