On Wednesday, 38 trains remained cancelled, railways said. The trains which were cancelled include the Amritsar-New Delhi Express, Amritsar-Chandigarh Express, Haridwar-Amritsar Janshatabdi Express and the New Delhi-Jalandhar City InterCity Express.
