After his suicide a notepad was found in his room on which he had purportedly written, 'Somebody should be there to handle duties of family, I am leaving, too much stressed out, fed up'.

Indore based spiritual guru Bhaiyyuji Maharaj, who shot himself to death on Monday, has left behind an inconsolable family.

Bhaiyyuji’s daughter too was inconsolable and seemed utterly distressed at her father’s shocking step.

Bhaiyyu Maharaj married Dr Ayushi Sharma, a native of Shivpuri, in Indore last year, a year after announcing his intention to take 'sanyas' from public life. His first wife Madhavi died in 2015.

His wife Ayushi Sharma who is currently at the centre of the controversy was numbed by the sudden demise of her husband.

It is being said that Bhaiyyuji’s daughter and his second wife were not on good terms with each other.

Dr Ayushi Sharma is the second wife of Bhaiyyuji.
