Anupam Hazra was expelled from the Trinmool Congress party due to 'anti-party activities' after which he joined BJP earlier this year

Trinmool Congress (TMC) has a strong hold on the Jadhavpur seat but Hazra believes he can win the elections anyway

Before joining BJP, Hazra was a Trinmool Congress Minister of Parliament from Bengal's Bolpur constituency

The giant WWE fame wrestler also flew to Kolkata as Hazra filed his nomination on April 26.
