President Droupadi Murmu visited Sri Seetharama Chandra Swamyvari Devasthanam at Bhadrachalam in Telangana on Wednesday.

President Droupadi Murmu offered prayers to the presiding deities at the Bhadrachalam temple in Telangana.

President Droupadi Murmu laid the foundation stone for the development of tourism infrastructure at the Bhadrachalam Temple under the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Heritage Augmentation Drive (PRASHAD) scheme of the Union Tourism Ministry.

The president also inaugurated the Sammakka Saralamma Janjati Pujari Sammelan, organised by the Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad, Telangana.

President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the Wide Plate Mill Facility at MIDHANI, Hyderabad, on Tuesday. The new facility aims for self-reliance by rolling ultra-high strength steel and producing superalloys for national strategic programmes.
