Tom Moody named head coach of Rangpur Riders

The 5th edition of the Bangaldesh Premier League is scheduled to start on November 4

The 51-year-old has been named as the new head coach of BPL franchise Rangpur Riders

Moody, who is the head coach of Indian Premier League’s Sunrisers Hyderbad, has been roped in for the next edition of Bangaldesh’s domestic T20 league

With India coach Anil Kumble’s contract all set to expire after the Champions Trophy, Moody is one of the front runners to take over India’s top job.

Moody has a vast experience in coaching; he has previously coached coached the Sri Lanka national team and King’s XI Punjab in the IPL.

The Aussie led Sunrisers Hyderabad to their first ever IPL title in 2016.
