Kagiso Rabada suspended for 2nd Test vs England

Rabada’s inappropriate language was audible over the stump microphone and made Ben Stokes turned before he left the field.

South Africa will take on England in the 2nd Test match at Trent Bridge on July 14.

This was Rabada’s fourth demerit point in 5 months. He had received three demerit points following an altercation with Sri Lankan opener Niroshan Dickwella, during one-day international in February.

South Arica pacer Kagiso Rabada received one-match suspension after he was sanctioned by the ICC for giving Ben Stokes a send-off during the opening Test Match against England at the Lord’s.

The 22-year-old dismissed Ben Stokes on the first day of the first Test match and he told Stokes to F**k off.

Fourth demerit point means an automatic suspension for one match.

The right arm bowler was handed one demerit point and was charged with 15% match fees.
