Ravichandran Ashwin shattered numerous records during the ongoing IND vs ENG Test series. Alongside bagging 500 Test wickets, he became the first Indian cricketer to achieve the feat of scoring 1000 runs and taking 100 wickets against an opposition.
Ashwin recently surpassed Anil Kumble to become the fastest Indian to take 500 wickets for India. Kumble still remains the leading wicket-taker for India with 610 wickets. Following closely behind, Ashwin secures the second spot on the list with 507 scalps to his name.
