Virat Kohli Completes 75 Tons In International Cricket, Breaches Another Milestone Owned By Sachin Tendulkar

On Day 4 of IND vs AUS Ahmedabad Test, ex-India skipper Virat Kohli scored a ton in Test cricket after a 40-month-long gap.

As Virat notched up his 75th ton in Tests, he breached a big milestone owned by legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Virat became the fastest batter in international cricket to score 75 tons across formats -- a record which was previously owned by Sachin Tendulkar.

It took 566 innings for Sachin to score his 75th century in international cricket. Kohli scored his career's 75th international ton in his 552nd innings for India.

Virat Kohli is now 25 tons away from equaling Sachin Tendulkar's record of scoring 100 tons in international cricket.

Kohli has scored 28 Test tons, 46 ODI centuries and 1 T20I ton in his career so far. Sachin ended his career with 51 Test tons and 49 ODI tons. He only played one T20I.
