Hardik Pandya might stage a comeback in IND vs AFG three-match T20I series, scheduled to kickstart on January 11.

BCCI secretary Jay Shah told PTI that Hardik Pandya has been working hard on his fitness, recovery at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and the BCCI is monitoring the all-rounder's injury on a day-to-day basis.

India vs Afghanistan 1st T20I will take place on January 11 in Mohali, with the second and third IND vs AFG T20I taking place on January 14, 17 in Indore and Bengaluru, respectively.

India vs Afghanistan T20I series will be the first time when both the teams square off in a multi-match white-ball series in a non Asian Cricket Council (ACC) or an ICC event.
