Ganesh Visarjan 2020: As the 10-day long carnivalesque festivity of Ganesh Chaturthi came to an end on Tuesday and ‘Bappa’ or Lord Ganesha was given a grand farewell. Though the gathering and celebrations were mellowed down this year due to Covid-19 protocols, the zeal was in no way any less. The day is celebrated as Anant Chaturdashi and it is believed that immersion of Lord Ganesha in water will bring happiness and prosperity to the house.
