Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt tied the knot with Shwetambari Soni, an art connoisseur last year in September 2020 and the news was revealed by his mentor Mahesh Bhatt. “Vikram Bhatt got married last September during the peak of the lockdown,” he told ETimes. Mahesh Bhatt wasn’t part of the ceremony because of the Covid-19 concerns.

The news of Vikram Bhatt’s secret second wedding was all over social media only a day back, after he posted pictures on Instagram wishing his wife on birthday.

Vikram’s wife Shwetambari Soni has been dropping hints about the secret wedding on social sites for weeks. She has started captioning photographs of Vikram with the hashtag ‘husband.’

In an interview with a news portal, Vikram opened up about his secret wedding. He revealed that they got married in a private ceremony at his home with her three sisters and his family in attendance.

Vikram revealed that they dated for three years after they first met in 2016. After that, they felt they were ready to take their relationship to the next level.

While Vikram has a daughter from his previous marriage, Shwetambari has two sons from her first marriage.
