Drugs Case | NCB Takes Controversial Actor Ajaz Khan For Medical Tests (IN PICS)

A day after being detained for questioning, actor and former Bigg Boss contestant Ajaz Khan has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau today in connection with a drug case.

The probing agency will take the Bigg Boss 7 fame for medical before producing him in court for remand. NCB is expected to seek 3 days custody.

Khan was taken into custody on Tuesday (March 30) from the Mumbai airport upon his arrival from Rajasthan.

The central agency NCB said it found Alprazolam tablets at his Residence in raids.The probe team conducted raids at Andheri and Lokhandwala areas along with Khan in connection with the case.

Speaking to media, Ajaz said that four sleeping pills have been found during raid. He claimed that his wife had a miscarriage, after which she was suffering with depression and used to take those tablets.

His name came to the limelight after the arrest of drug peddler Shadab Batata in the drugs case. Ajaz is allegedly accused of being part of the Batata gang.
