Neelam Upadhyaya was born in Mumbai on October 5, 1993.

She has appeared in a few South Tamil and Telugu films.

In 2012, she made her acting debut in the Telugu movie Mr. 7. She appeared in the 3D Telugu movie Action 3D the next year.

After that, Neelam shifted to Tamil film, making appearances in Om Shanthi Om in 2015 and Unnodu Oru Naal in 2013.

The first time Neelam Upadhyaya and Siddharth Chopra were seen together was during the lavish Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in 2019 hosted by Mukesh and Nita Ambani.

They were also spotted together at the Ambani's Holi celebration in 2020, along with Priyanka Chopra and her singer husband Nick Jonas.

Siddharth had previously dated Kanika Mathur and was engaged to Ishita Kumar.
