Tiger Shroff Buys Property In Pune For Rs. 7.5 Cr, Leases It Out To Beverage Company

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff paid Rs 7.5 crore for a Pune property. He is currently waiting for the release of his next movie, 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.

But according to papers Zapkey was able to uncover, the actor has already leased the property for a monthly payment of Rs 3.5 lakh.

The property is 4,248 square feet in size and is situated in Pune's Hadapsar neighbourhood.

According to the Assignment Deed, Tiger paid Rs 52.5 lakh in stamp duty when he purchased the property on March 5 from ASN Properties Private Limited.

The celebrity reportedly leased the house to a private company that specialises in beverages.

The actor also proudly owns an 8 BHK flat in Mumbai's Khar neighbourhood.

The flat is valued at over Rs 35 crore and is situated in Rustomjee Paramount.
