Samantha Ruth Prabhu Takes Break From Spotlight; Shares Glimpses Of Meditation Sessions

The actor posted a photo of a recent meditation practise on Instagram on Wednesday.

In several of the photographs she shared, she could be seen performing meditation at the Isha Foundation while Sadhguru was there.

In the caption, she wrote, “A while ago, sitting still — without thoughts flooding, without twitching, itching, twisting and turning — seemed almost impossible.

The actor chose a white traditional dress and posted pictures of a peacock and a rainbow as well.

Samantha recently paid a visit to the Isha Foundation, and in one of the photos, she was seen sitting on the ground with many other followers.

Samantha recently finished shooting Citadel, a web series from the Russo Brothers, in India.
