This is important considering competition in this segment has heated up and Mahindra has timely increased the equipment levels of the car. Mechanically though things stay the same with the battery pack or the range but the technology has been freshened up. The new XUV400 Pro range competes with the Nexon EV from Tata and the MG ZS to some extent while the XUV400 now gets features which makes it more competitive than before. Mahindra has brought in the latest Adrenox connected car system with over 50 connected features. Other feature additions include Dual-zone Automatic Temperature Control, rear AC vents, wireless charger, rear USB port, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay plus OTA updates/Alexa integration. The XUV400 Pro Range has an introductory price starting at 15.49 Lakh with three new variants,namely, EC Pro (34.5 kWh battery, 3.3 kW AC Charger), EL Pro (34.5 kWh battery, 7.2 kW AC charger), and EL Pro (39.4 kWh battery, 7.2 kW AC charger). In terms of range, expect the new XUV400 to have a range of 375km and 456km. It continues to have a front axle electric motor that develops 150hp and 310Nm of torque.
